OWC
A 512GB quad-channel kit of four 128GB DDR4 3200MHz CL22 ECC load-reduced LRDIMMs for servers and workstations
Capacity 512GB (4 x 128GB)
This OWC kit delivers 512 GB of DDR4 ECC load-reduced memory across four 128 GB modules. It is built for servers, workstations and NAS systems that require registered DIMMs with error correction. The kit will not work in standard desktop computers or alongside unbuffered memory.
Each module uses the 288-pin LRDIMM form factor without a heat spreader, running at 1.2 V with a CL22 latency. The load-reduced design reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing higher density per channel in compatible server boards. Modules are rated for PC4-25600 at 3200 MHz.
Before ordering, confirm that your system accepts DDR4 ECC LRDIMMs and supports 4Rx4 modules at this capacity per slot. The memory is backward compatible with 2133, 2400, 2666 and 2933 MHz bus speeds, but the motherboard and CPU must explicitly support load-reduced registered DIMMs.

Other versions of this model
Same family, different memory, cooler or clock — compare before you commit.
The kit is rated DDR4 3200 (PC4-25600) with CL22 latency and will operate at up to 3200 MHz on a supporting platform.
They require DDR4 288-pin LRDIMM slots in a server, workstation or NAS system; they will not fit standard desktop DIMM sockets.
Populate all four modules in the correct channel order for the platform, enable ECC in the BIOS and do not mix them with unbuffered DIMMs.
