OWC
A 64 GB kit of four 16 GB DDR3L 1333 ECC registered DIMMs for servers and workstations
Capacity 64GB (4 x 16GB)
Rank 2Rx4
This OWC kit supplies 64GB of DDR3L ECC registered memory across four 16GB modules. It runs at 1333MHz with CL9 latency and operates at 1.35V. The 240-pin RDIMMs are built to JEDEC and RoHS standards for workstation and server platforms.
The modules suit administrators extending the life of DDR3L registered-memory systems such as compatible servers, workstations, NAS units or routers. Builders using standard desktop boards, unbuffered DDR3 slots or any platform that cannot accept registered ECC DIMMs must choose a different memory type.
Each 16GB DIMM uses a 2Rx4 rank configuration and requires a memory controller that supports registered ECC operation. If the target system only accepts unbuffered non-ECC modules, this kit will not function.

Other versions of this model
Same family, different memory, cooler or clock — compare before you commit.
The kit contains four 16 GB modules built to the 240-pin DDR3L RDIMM form factor. They require a workstation or server board with registered ECC DDR3L slots; standard desktop boards will not accept them.
Install the modules in matched pairs according to the motherboard's dual-channel layout, usually slots of the same colour. The common mistake is mixing registered ECC with unbuffered memory or placing modules in the wrong channel order.
DDR3L ECC registered memory has no scheduled replacement interval. Replace a module only if memtest or the system logs report correctable errors that become uncorrectable, or if a capacity upgrade is needed later.
