64 GB DDR4 2933 MHz ECC registered RDIMM for Dell PowerEdge XR4510c and XR4520c servers
This 64GB DDR4 ECC Registered RDIMM is built for Dell PowerEdge XR4510c and XR4520c servers. It delivers 2933MHz speed with CL21 latency at 1.2V. The module uses a 2Rx4 rank configuration and 288-pin form factor. It is designed for workloads that require error correction and registered signalling.
The DIMM fits 288-pin DDR4 slots that support ECC Registered memory. It cannot be mixed with unbuffered modules or used in standard desktop platforms. Backward compatibility covers 2133MHz, 2400MHz and 2666MHz bus speeds. It replaces Dell part numbers AA579530, AA601615, AB003154, SNPW403YC/64G, SNPW403YC/64VXR and W403Y.
ECC correction and registered buffering maintain data integrity during continuous server workloads. JEDEC and RoHS compliance ensure stable electrical behaviour at the rated 1.2V. The module is validated for 24/7 duty cycles in compatible PowerEdge chassis. No heat spreader is fitted, so airflow must follow the server vendor's thermal design.

Same family, different memory, cooler or clock — compare before you commit.
The dual-rank x4 organisation fills two logical ranks per channel, so the memory controller reaches its maximum rank count before bandwidth or capacity becomes the bottleneck.
At 1.2 V the module draws only a few watts and runs without a heat spreader, so thermal output stays low enough for standard server airflow.
This kit is validated for the Dell PowerEdge XR4510c and XR4520c; it will not function in standard desktops or unbuffered platforms.
