12.1" Industrial Panel PC for Edge AI

The Partaker A26 is a 12.1-inch all-in-one industrial panel PC built around an Intel Core i5-5200U processor with 16GB of DDR3 memory and a 256GB mSATA drive. It runs Windows 10 Pro on a resistive TFT-LCD touchscreen with 1024x768 resolution and 450 cd/m² brightness. The fanless aluminum alloy chassis carries an IP65-rated front panel, making it suited for harsh factory floors, machine automation and edge AI inference where silent, dust-proof operation is required.

Embedded or VESA mounting with 12 V DC input

Installation uses either a 298.5x237 mm panel cutout for embedded mounting or standard VESA brackets, and the unit ships with a 12 V DC power requirement — a wide-range 9-36 V option is available only as a factory customisation. The resistive touch layer is rated for 50 million touches, but gloves or stylus pressure are needed; capacitive multi-touch is not included unless ordered separately. Dual Mini PCIe slots allow one Wi-Fi/4G module with a SIM holder, yet the second slot is limited to Wi-Fi only, so cellular redundancy needs planning.

Fanless thermal design under continuous load

The passive aluminum chassis dissipates heat from the dual-core i5-5200U up to 2.70 GHz without fans, so sustained workloads such as long-running vision inspection or data logging rely on ambient airflow and the IP65 front seal. Two 82 W speakers add internal heat, and the watchdog timer (0-255 levels) can reset the system if a process stalls. With only DDR3 memory and a single mSATA slot, storage throughput and memory bandwidth are fixed; workloads needing higher sustained write speeds or more than 16 GB RAM will hit a hard ceiling.
