Three-drive standalone duplicator

The SPARTAN Media Mirror Plus is a standalone optical duplicator that copies from flash memory cards, USB drives or optical discs to up to three blank CDs or DVDs simultaneously. It reads SD, CompactFlash, Memory Stick and MMC cards plus USB flash drives through its front-mounted card reader and USB port. No host computer is required during operation. Photographers, videographers and archivists can create write-once backups without tying up a workstation.

Upgrade from single-drive or PC-based burning

The unit replaces single-drive duplicators or software-based burning on a PC by writing to three targets at once at up to 52X CD-R, 24X DVD±R and 12X DVD±RW, DVD±R DL speeds. The 128 MB buffer and Athena controller sustain throughput across all drives. The jump is worth it when you need multiple identical discs from one source card or disc and want to free the host machine for other work.

Fits a bench-top workflow with card media

The tray-load design accepts standard 12 cm discs and the integrated card reader handles the most common camera formats. Disc spanning splits large card images across multiple discs automatically, while multi-session support lets you append data from several cards onto the same disc set. It needs only mains power and blank media; it frees up the host PC and eliminates the need for separate card readers or burning software.
