The Timetec 35TTFP6PCIE-1TB is a 1TB internal solid-state drive built on 3D TLC NAND. It connects through a PCI-Express 3.0 x4 lane and speaks the NVMe 1.3 protocol. The drive fits laptops, desktops and compact PCs that accept an M.2 2280 NVMe module.
Rated sequential throughput reaches 2000 MBps read and 1600 MBps write, with SLC cache boosting burst workloads.
