Standalone SD and MicroSD duplicator

The Acumen Disc SD 3.0 Elite AD07-SDC100 is a standalone tower duplicator that copies one Secure Digital or MicroSD source to seven targets simultaneously. It operates without a host computer, dedicated software or any adapter, using dedicated slots for each card format. Built-in 128 MB buffer memory enables asynchronous operation so each channel copies independently at up to 100 MB per second. The unit is intended for high-volume duplication and secure sanitisation workflows.

Check card format and power supply before ordering

Verify that your source and target media are standard Secure Digital or MicroSD TF cards; other flash formats are not supported. The duplicator requires an AC supply of 115 to 230 V at 50 or 60 Hz, so confirm the local mains voltage and plug type match the unit. No computer interface or driver installation is needed, but ensure you have physical access to the front-panel LCD and slot array for operation.

Fits a secure duplication bench without a host PC

The tower design occupies a desktop footprint and provides one source slot plus seven destination slots, freeing a workstation from duplication tasks. Asynchronous copying means a new card can be inserted and started while other channels are still writing, reducing queue time. Four DoD-compliant erase modes — including 3-pass and 7-pass to the 5220.22-M standard — handle sanitisation on the same hardware, eliminating the need for a separate degausser or software tool.
