Build and daily use

An aluminium alloy shell acts as a heatsink for the RTL9210B controller, and the enclosure automatically throttles or pauses transfers if the drive overheats, returning to normal operation once the SSD cools. A tool-free sliding cover lets you swap drives in seconds, and both a USB Type-C and a USB 3.1 Type-A cable are included for broad host compatibility.
