This 64 GB internal solid-state drive uses MLC flash and a SATA III 6 Gb/s interface. It is built for small-form-factor systems such as Intel NUC units that accept an 80 mm module. The drive delivers sequential reads up to 500 MB/s and writes up to 300 MB/s.
