The HighPoint SSD7540 is a PCIe 4.0 x16 add-in card that provides eight M.2 2280 slots for NVMe solid-state drives. PCIe 4.0 x16 host interface
The decisive specification is the PCI-Express 4.0 x16 uplink, which supplies the aggregate bandwidth required to saturate eight Gen 4 NVMe drives simultaneously.
