The 650 W 80+ power supply sets the total power budget for the CPU, GPU and all other components. The RTX 3060 12GB graphics card draws its power from this same unit, so the combined load must remain within that 650 W ceiling. The 240 mm liquid cooler handles the Ryzen 5 9600X thermal output, but the chassis airflow must still move the heat exhausted by the radiator and the graphics card. No monitor is included, so an external display is required.
