The Lian Li Hydroshift II-LCD-S 360 CL ARGB is a closed-loop liquid cooler built around a 360 mm radiator and three pre-installed TL120 ARGB fans. It mounts on Intel LGA1700 and LGA1851 sockets as well as AMD AM4 and AM5 platforms. The 3.4 inch IPS display runs at 480×480 resolution with 500 nits brightness and a 60 Hz refresh rate. Two control modes let you manage themes wirelessly or customise everything through L-Connect 3 via USB.

The radiator measures 400×122×24 mm, making it thinner than many 360 mm units and easier to fit in compact chassis. Fan speed ranges from 200 to 2600 RPM, delivering 90.1 CFM airflow and 3.97 mmH2O static pressure at a maximum noise level of 33 dBA. The adjustable tube-routing clamp attaches to a 140 mm fan bracket for flexible hose placement.
