NEMIX RAM 16GB DDR4 3200MHz ECC RDIMM is a registered dual-rank module built for servers and workstations that require error-correcting memory. It operates at PC4-25600 speed with a CAS latency of 22 and a standard 1.2V voltage. The 288-pin form factor fits DDR4 RDIMM slots in compatible enterprise platforms.

Single stick upgrade

The kit contains one 16GB stick rather than a multi-module set, so administrators can add capacity in precise increments without populating unnecessary slots.
