This 1TB kit contains sixteen 64GB DDR4 3200 registered DIMMs built for Thinkmate GPX-QT8-24E2-8GPU GPU-optimised servers. Each module runs at 1.20V with CL22 latency and 4Rx4 organisation. The ECC registered design targets IT professionals who need maximum capacity and error correction for mission-critical workloads.

DDR4 3200 registered ECC limits capacity per channel

The DDR4 3200 registered ECC standard caps per-module density at 64GB with quad-rank 4Rx4 layout. Registered buffering adds one clock cycle of latency but allows the memory controller to drive sixteen modules without signal degradation. Systems that do not support registered ECC or quad-rank modules cannot use this kit.

Tool-less DIMM installation

Modules slot into 288-pin DDR4 sockets without tools; align the notch and press until the latches click. Quad-rank 4Rx4 sticks are taller than dual-rank parts, so verify CPU cooler clearance before seating all sixteen. Populating every channel may force the memory controller to drop speed below 3200MT/s depending on the platform’s topology rules.
