384 GB DDR4 ECC RDIMM kit

This 384 GB kit contains six 64 GB DDR4 3200 registered DIMMs built for ThinkMate GPU-optimised servers. The modules carry ECC and a 4Rx4 organisation to meet the density demands of multi-GPU workloads.

Registered 288-pin design with 1.2 V operation

Each stick is a 288-pin RDIMM without a heat spreader, running at the standard 1.20 V. The registered buffer reduces electrical load on the server memory controller, allowing all six modules to populate the ThinkMate GPX-QN4-22E2-4NVLINK or GPX-QN12-24E2-10GPU platforms.

CL22 latency at PC4-25600 speed

Rated CAS latency 22 at 3200 MT/s gives predictable timing for sustained compute tasks. The 1.2 V DDR4 voltage keeps power draw in line with typical server memory subsystems, while ECC correction maintains data integrity under continuous load.
