Capacity and fit

This kit delivers 384 GB of DDR5 memory across twelve 32 GB registered DIMMs built for the Thinkmate GPX-QH12-12E4-2GPU server. It targets administrators who need maximum ECC capacity for virtualisation, database or GPU-accelerated workloads on that specific platform.

Registered ECC design

Each module is a 288-pin DDR5 RDIMM with 2Rx8 organisation and on-die ECC, operating at the standard 1.10 V. The registered buffer reduces electrical load on the server memory controller, allowing all twelve slots to be populated without signal-integrity compromises.

Thermals and power

Bare modules without heat spreaders rely on the server’s directed airflow for cooling. At 4800 MT/s and CL40 the kit runs at the JEDEC base voltage, so power draw per DIMM stays low and acoustic impact is limited to the chassis fans already required for the GPU-optimised system.
