40 Gbps NVMe enclosure with active cooling
The Orico aluminium enclosure accepts a single M.2 NVMe SSD up to 8 TB and connects through a USB-C port that runs at 40 Gbps via Thunderbolt 3, Thunderbolt 4 or USB4. A built-in fan and bundled thermal pad keep the drive cool during sustained transfers. Tool-free assembly lets you swap drives in seconds.

Content creators who move large project files between laptops and desktops will benefit from the 40 Gbps link and active cooling. Users whose hosts only provide USB 3.2 Gen 2 at 10 Gbps or earlier will not reach the enclosure’s peak throughput and should consider a slower, cheaper alternative.
Fits into a Thunderbolt or USB4 workflow
The 150 mm by 55 mm by 18.6 mm case draws power from the host cable, so no external adapter is needed. A 30 cm 2-in-1 cable, silicone thermal pad, metal cooling vest and two plastic stoppers are included. The enclosure supports M-key drives in 2230, 2242, 2260 and 2280 lengths and works with Windows, Linux, Android and macOS.
