128GB DDR4 ECC RDIMM for ASUS RS700A servers

This single 128GB module runs at DDR4 3200 with CL22 latency and 1.2V operation. It is built as an 8Rx4 registered DIMM with on-die ECC for data integrity. The part is validated for ASUS Rack Server RS700A-E11-RS12U, RS700A-E11-RS4U, RS700A-E9-RS12 and RS700A-E9-RS4 platforms. It will not work in standard desktop PCs or alongside unbuffered or load-reduced memory.

Thermals noise and power at 3200MHz

The module operates at the JEDEC-standard 1.2V, keeping power draw low for high-density server configurations. No heat spreader is fitted, so airflow across the 288-pin PCB manages thermals directly. Registered buffering reduces electrical loading on the memory controller, which helps maintain stable voltages during normal multi-threaded workloads. Silent operation is inherent with no moving parts.

Sustained load behaviour in registered ECC mode

Under continuous utilisation the registered design maintains signal integrity across all eight ranks per channel. ECC correction handles single-bit errors without halting the system, supporting uptime requirements in NAS and workstation roles. Backward compatibility with 2133, 2400, 2666 and 2933MHz buses allows deployment in mixed-speed populations. The module meets full JEDEC and RoHS compliance for long-term reliability.
