DDR3 1600 ECC RDIMM kit

This 16GB kit contains two 8GB registered DDR3 modules rated at 1600 MT/s with CL11 latency. It is built for workstations, servers and NAS systems that require ECC registered memory. The modules run at 1.5V and use the standard 240-pin DIMM form factor.

Check DDR3 registered support

Verify that your system accepts DDR3 ECC registered RDIMMs and cannot use unbuffered modules. The board must provide 240-pin DDR3 slots wired for registered operation. Mixing registered and unbuffered DIMMs will prevent the system from posting.
