The Synology RS422+ is a 4-bay rackmount NAS delivered fully assembled with 24 TB of storage across four 6 TB Synology Plus Series drives. It runs on an AMD Ryzen processor with 2 GB of installed memory and operates on the DiskStation Manager operating system for data management, sharing, synchronisation and backup tasks.
Fits standard racks with dual 1GbE and added 10GbE
The 1U chassis measures 44 mm high, 478 mm wide and 327.5 mm deep, allowing deployment in 2-post or wall-mount racks without rail kits. Connectivity includes two 1GbE RJ-45 ports with link aggregation and failover, a 10GbE port via the included E10G22-T1-Mini adapter, and one USB 3.2 Gen 1 port for external devices.
