30-Metre OM3 Duplex Patch Cord

This 10Gtek fibre cable uses LC duplex connectors on a 50/125 micron multimode core rated OM3. It suits data-centre cross-connects, storage-area networks and 10 Gigabit Ethernet links where factory-tested insertion loss of .3 dB and return loss of 30 dB are required. The LSZH jacket meets low-smoke safety standards for indoor routing.

Bend-Insensitive Core and Thermals

Bend-insensitive engineering allows a 7.5 mm bend radius, four times tighter than standard 50 micron fibre, so the cable handles dense patch panels and long runs with multiple bends without excess loss. Passive construction means no power draw, no active cooling and silent operation in any environment.

Upgrade from Legacy Multimode

The cord replaces older OM1 or OM2 jumpers that cannot support 10GBase-SR or 1000Base-SX at full distance, and it supersedes copper links limited to 100 metres.
