This 53T universal remote kit replaces lost or broken controls for compatible Harbor Breeze, Allen+Roth and Kichler ceiling fans. It supplies a handheld transmitter and a receiver unit that installs inside the fan canopy. The kit restores wireless speed and light control without rewiring the household circuit. Buyers who need a remote for a different brand or a smart-home bridge will not be served by this model.

240 W Receiver with 60 ft Range

The black receiver handles up to 240 W and operates on a 303.9 MHz radio frequency with a 60 ft control distance. It connects to the fan’s existing wiring using colour-coded leads and upgraded relays that improve dimming performance over older thyristor designs. Four dip switches on both units must be set to match the original remote pattern for reliable pairing. Installers without access to the fan canopy or those requiring a hard-wired wall control cannot use this kit.

Three-Speed Fan and Dimmable Light Control

The white transmitter measures 3.9 x 2.7 x 1.2 in and provides high, medium, low and off fan settings plus a dedicated light button. Pressing the light button toggles power; holding it adjusts brightness on dimmable CFL, LED or incandescent lamps. A 12 V battery is required for the remote but is not included. Users wanting variable-speed ramping, timer functions or app integration will not find those features here.
