AD5X hotend kit with three nozzles

This hotend kit fits Flashforge AD5X printers produced after 31 May 2025 and includes hardened-steel nozzles in 0.25, 0.4 and 0.6 mm diameters. The all-metal module withstands 550 °C, enabling continuous printing with PC, nylon and ABS for at least 20 hours. An integrated neck heating block allows tool-free swaps in roughly three seconds, cutting replacement time by 70 percent versus split designs.

Silicone sleeves and cleaning brushes included

Each nozzle ships with a matching silicone sleeve and a dedicated silicone cleaning brush. The sleeves insulate the hotend during high-temperature runs, while the brushes remove residue without damaging the hardened-steel tip. Together they reduce downtime between material changes and help maintain consistent extrusion quality across the three orifice sizes.

Upgrade limited to post-May 2025 AD5X units

The revised printhead connector differs physically from earlier versions, so the kit cannot be installed on AD5X machines built before 31 May 2025 without replacing both the upgrade screws and the heating module. Forcing the new hotend onto an old connector risks permanent deformation. Buyers with pre-2025 printers must source the full upgrade package separately.
