This eight-module kit delivers 128GB of DDR4 2933 ECC registered memory for servers and workstations. Each 16GB module uses a 1Rx4 organisation with CL21 latency at 1.2V. The 288-pin DIMM form factor fits compatible server platforms only.
Registered buffering and ECC protect data integrity in multi-socket environments. The 1Rx4 configuration places all chips on one rank, allowing higher densities per channel. Modules install in standard DDR4 DIMM slots; verify your system manual for channel population rules.
Upgrading from lower-capacity kits or slower DDR4 speeds adds headroom for virtualisation, databases and compute workloads. The jump is worthwhile when your workload exceeds current memory capacity or when memory bandwidth limits throughput. Not suitable for desktop or laptop systems.
