Server DDR5 ECC kit

This 128 GB kit contains eight 16 GB DDR5 RDIMM modules built for servers and workstations that require registered ECC memory. It is not compatible with desktop or laptop platforms.

Registered 288-pin design

Each module uses a 288-pin DIMM form factor with single-rank x8 organisation and operates at the standard DDR5 voltage of 1.1 V. The registered buffer reduces electrical load on the memory controller for stable operation in multi-module configurations.

Upgrade from slower DDR5
