This 16GB registered DDR5 module targets servers and workstations that require error-correcting memory. It replaces specific Micron part numbers including MTC10F1084S1RC64BA1, MTC10F1084S1RC64BD1 and MTC10F1084S1RC64BD2. The single-rank 1Rx8 design uses Micron DRAM ICs and operates at the standard 1.10V.

DDR5 RDIMM platform constraints
