Operating at the standard DDR5 voltage of 1.1V, the modules run without a heat spreader and rely on chassis airflow for cooling. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, helping to keep power draw predictable under sustained server workloads. No active cooling is included, so adequate case ventilation is required for stable operation.
Each module uses major-brand chips and undergoes quality-assurance testing before shipment. The 288-pin RDIMM keying prevents accidental installation in non-ECC or unbuffered slots. Quad-channel population rules apply, so the system manual must be consulted for correct slot order. The kit is covered by a lifetime warranty with US-based technical support available.
