A-Tech 4GB DDR3L 1600 ECC UDIMM

This A-Tech module is a 4GB DDR3L 1600 ECC unbuffered DIMM built for server and workstation systems. It runs at 1.35V with CL11 latency and uses a 1Rx8 configuration on a 240-pin PCB. The stick is a direct replacement for several Hynix part numbers including HMT451E7AFR8A-PB and HMT451U7BFR8A-PB.

Suited for DDR3L ECC UDIMM slots only

It fits boards that accept DDR3L 1600 ECC unbuffered memory at 1.35V and will not work in slots that require registered RDIMMs or a different voltage. Systems needing higher capacity per module or a different pin count should look elsewhere.

1.35V DDR3L voltage decides compatibility

The single specification that determines whether this is the right part is the 1.35V DDR3L operating voltage. If your platform specifies 1.5V DDR3 or requires registered memory this module will not function.
