Server ECC RDIMM Kit

This 64GB kit contains four 16GB DDR4 2400 modules built as registered ECC RDIMMs for servers and workstations. Each stick runs at CL17 latency with a standard 1.2V supply and uses dual-rank x8 organisation. The memory is not compatible with desktop or laptop platforms.

Registered DIMM 288-Pin Fit

The modules use the 288-pin DDR4 RDIMM form factor and require a motherboard that supports registered ECC memory and quad-channel population. Buffering on each DIMM reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing the full kit to operate without exceeding the platform’s registered DIMM limits.
