Registered ECC with 1Rx4 organisation

Each module operates at 1.35V with a CAS latency of 11 and a single-rank x4 layout. The registered buffer and ECC function are the decisive specification; systems that demand unbuffered non-ECC DIMMs will not accept these modules.

Fits 240-pin DDR3 registered slots at 1.35V or 1.5V

The DIMMs install in 240-pin server slots and can run at the low-voltage 1.35V setting or at 1.5V where the platform requires it. They free unbuffered slots for other workloads while providing the registered signalling the memory controller expects.
