This 64GB kit contains eight 8GB DDR3L modules built for servers and workstations that require registered ECC memory. The dual-rank x8 organisation and 1.35V low-voltage operation suit multi-socket platforms where data integrity and capacity matter. It is not compatible with desktop or laptop computers.

Registered ECC with 2Rx8 layout

Each module is a 240-pin RDIMM running at DDR3L 1600 (PC3L-12800) with CL11 latency and on-board error correction. The registered buffer reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing all eight modules to operate together in high-density configurations.

Fits DDR3L RDIMM slots only
