Suits 24-core and 28-core Mac Pro 2019 upgrades

The kit matches MacPro7,1 systems with order numbers A1991 or A2304 and supports the 2.5 GHz and 2.7 GHz Xeon W-3275M or W-3265M CPUs. It is not for earlier Mac Pro models, iMac Pro, Mac Studio or any non-Apple platform that requires standard RDIMM or UDIMM memory.

288-pin DDR4 LRDIMM form factor

Each module uses the 288-pin LRDIMM connector and operates as DDR4 2933 (PC4-23400). The load-reduced ECC design is required by the 24-core and 28-core Mac Pro memory controller; standard RDIMM or UDIMM modules will not work in these slots.
