The ACTi A817 is an outdoor dome network camera delivering 8 megapixel resolution at up to 30 frames per second. It supports H.265 Adaptive Stream, H.264 and MJPEG compression with simultaneous triple streaming. Integrated IR LEDs provide night vision up to 40 metres and Extreme WDR reaches 140 dB for high-contrast scenes.

Verify PoE Class 3 and 10/100 Ethernet

This camera requires a PoE Class 3 (IEEE 802.3af) power source or a separate DC 12 V supply drawing 12.95 W. The single RJ-45 pigtail connector operates at 10/100 Base-T speeds, so confirm your switch ports and cabling support that link rate. IPv4/v6 and the listed protocols must be allowed on the network segment.
