Should I choose the 128GB DDR5 configuration or the 192GB maximum?

The board has four slots and supports up to 192GB. The 128GB kit fills all four slots at high speed; only select 192GB if your workloads need more capacity than 128GB provides.

How does the Intel integrated graphics with HDMI and DisplayPort perform in a real machine?

The i9-14900K's integrated GPU drives HDMI and DisplayPort outputs for desktop work, media playback and light gaming. It is not suited for modern AAA titles at high settings.
