480 GB capacity with 280 TB written endurance

Sequential reads reach 520 MB/s and writes reach 450 MB/s, while random performance delivers 40,000 read IOPS and 75,000 write IOPS. The 280 TBW rating covers normal daily use but will be exhausted by sustained heavy write workloads.

SATA III interface limits peak throughput

The drive connects over SATA III, so maximum transfer rates are bounded by the 6 Gb/s link rather than by the controller or NAND. Systems without a SATA port cannot use this SSD.
