The AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D is an eight-core desktop CPU built on the Zen 5 architecture for Socket AM5. It targets gamers who want high frame rates and low latency in modern titles. The processor delivers a maximum boost frequency of 5.2 GHz and includes integrated AMD Radeon graphics. It supports DDR5 memory speeds from 5600 up to 8800 MT/s across two channels.

Build quality and platform

The chip uses TSMC 4nm FinFET manufacturing and features second-generation 3D V-Cache technology with 96 MB of L3 cache. A total of 104 MB of on-chip memory is available.
