The Liquid Freezer III 420 A-RGB is an all-in-one CPU water cooler built for Intel LGA1700, LGA1851 and AMD AM4, AM5 sockets. It arrives with three 140 mm radiator fans pre-installed in push configuration and integrated cable routing. A 60 mm VRM fan provides targeted airflow for motherboard voltage converters. The package includes MX-6 thermal compound for immediate installation.

Thermals, noise and power

The pump runs between 800 and 2800 rpm under PWM control while radiator fans span 200 to 1900 rpm and the VRM fan covers 400 to 2500 rpm. All fans use fluid dynamic bearings for quiet operation. Combined airflow reaches 69.90 cfm or 117.06 m3/h at a static pressure of 2.0 mmH2O. The ARGB lighting draws 0.40 A at 5 V DC through a 3-pin connector.

Upgrade path and fit

This cooler replaces stock air coolers or smaller AIOs when CPU thermals throttle performance or VRM temperatures rise under sustained loads. The 450 mm tube length and 458 mm radiator require a case with a 420 mm mounting location. Builders using compact chassis or motherboards without a 3-pin ARGB header cannot use the lighting or VRM fan features.
