The ARCTIC TP-4 thermal pad measures 120x20mm at .5mm thickness and comes in a pack of four. It is designed for RAM, chipsets, GPUs, consoles, laptops and other electronic components that need a flexible, vibration-dampening interface.

Replaces thermal paste on uneven

Unlike paste, the soft pad bridges gaps without pumping out over time and can be stacked without performance loss. The jump is worth it when components have varying heights or when a cleaner, non-conductive application is preferred.
