The ASRock Industrial NUC BOX-325 is a tall mini PC barebone built around the Intel Core Ultra 5 325 processor with eight cores and a dedicated NPU for local AI workloads. It targets developers and integrators who need a compact platform for inference, edge analytics or multi-display signage. Memory and storage are not included, so the buyer supplies DDR5 SO-DIMMs and M.2 SSDs.

Thermals and power

A 19V 120W external adapter feeds the system, while the chassis and internal heatsink dissipate heat from the 4P+4LE core configuration under sustained compute loads. Dual 2.5GbE Intel I226 controllers and Wi-Fi 7 with Bluetooth 6.0 maintain network throughput without adding high-wattage components. Fan behaviour scales with CPU temperature, keeping acoustic output low during typical inference or office tasks.

Expansion and software

Two SO-DIMM slots accept DDR5 6400 modules up to 128GB total, and two M.2 Key M slots provide PCIe Gen5 x4 at 2280 and PCIe Gen4 x4 at 2242 for fast primary and secondary storage.
