It supports Intel Xeon E-2400 series and Intel Pentium Gold G7400/G7400T processors. The board provides two DDR5 288-pin ECC UDIMM slots with a maximum capacity of 64GB.

This board fits builders who need ECC memory and dual 10GbE in a 6.7-inch square form factor. Build Around One x16 Card and DC or ATX Power

A PCIe 5.0 x16 slot connects directly to the CPU for a GPU, accelerator or high-speed NIC. Two OCuLink ports (PCIe 4.0 x4 and PCIe 3.0 x4, both switchable to SATA 6Gb/s) plus one M.2 2280 slot handle fast storage. Power enters through a 4-pin Micro-Fit connector with an ATX 24-pin adapter cable and an 8-pin 12V DC-in header. The ASPEED AST2600 BMC drives a dedicated IPMI LAN port and VGA output.
