Chrome OS limits local apps and storage

Chrome OS relies on web applications and the Google Play Store rather than traditional desktop software. The 64GB eMMC drive is soldered and cannot be expanded. Only 4GB of DDR4-1866 memory is fitted, also soldered, with no upgrade path. Offline capability depends on specific app support.
