PCIe 5.0 x16 and M.2 bandwidth sharing

The board provides two PCIe 5.0 x16 slots that operate at x16 or x8/x8 depending on population. The second PCIe 5.0 x16 slot shares bandwidth with the M.2_2 slot, so using both at full speed simultaneously is not possible. Two additional M.2 slots run at PCIe 4.0 x4 from the X870 chipset.
