This package bundles an ASUS TUF GAMING Z790-BTF WIFI motherboard with an Intel Core Ultra 7 265K processor and a tube of Shin-Etsu X-23-7868-2D thermal grease. The board uses the LGA 1700 socket and the CPU is a 125W 3nm Arrow Lake part with 30MB L3 and 36MB L2 cache. Integrated Intel graphics are included on the processor die.

The box contains the TUF GAMING Z790-BTF WIFI motherboard, the Intel Ultra 7 265K processor and a tube of Shin-Etsu X-23-7868-2D thermal grease. A CPU cooler is not included and must be purchased separately.

The board has four M.2 slots; are they all the same speed or should I pick specific slots for the fastest drives?

All four M.2 slots run over PCIe 4.0 and each includes a heatsink, so any slot will deliver the same peak throughput for compatible drives.

The CPU is rated at 125 W; what does that mean for the cooler I need to choose?
