The Axis M4216-LV is a varifocal dome camera built for indoor and outdoor monitoring where a low-profile white housing is required. It captures up to 2304x1728 resolution at 25 or 30 frames per second using H.264 and H.265 compression. Power over Ethernet simplifies cabling with a single PoE connection.

Deep learning analytics and flexible I/O

A dedicated deep learning processing unit runs intelligent analytics on the edge without external servers. Lightfinder, WDR and OptimizedIR maintain detail in challenging light and complete darkness. An HDMI output supports public viewing monitors, while Portcast technology adds two-way audio and I/O through compatible AXIS T61 accessories.

Varifocal range covers wide to narrow scenes

The 3–6 mm lens adjusts horizontally from 100° down to 45° and vertically from 72° to 34°, with remote zoom and focus for precise framing. MicroSD storage provides local recording redundancy.
