Power capacity and purpose

The BFKK 1500VA/900W UPS provides battery backup and surge protection for desktop computers, workstations, networking gear and home entertainment devices. It supplies up to 900 watts of continuous power during outages to keep essential equipment running. This unit is not suited for installations requiring more than eight total outlets or for loads exceeding the rated wattage.

Thermal and acoustic behaviour

A built-in cooling fan manages heat during high power operation. In battery mode the unit emits a beeping alarm after six to ten seconds; the sound can be silenced with a single press of the on key while the LCD shows silent state. When battery capacity nears depletion a continuous alarm sounds until shutdown. The intelligent LCD automatically extinguishes its backlight thirty seconds after boot and reactivates when touched.

Build integration and management

Six outlets deliver both battery backup and surge protection while two outlets supply surge protection only. Automatic Voltage Regulation stabilises incoming voltage without switching to battery. Included management software enables unattended system shutdown and power monitoring via a communication link. The LCD reports input voltage, output voltage, battery capacity and load capacity in real time.
