Target hardware

This monoblock water cooler is built for Gigabyte Z490 AORUS MASTER and ULTRA motherboards. It covers both the CPU socket and the voltage-regulator modules in a single unit. The design suits builders who want full motherboard cooling from one component.

Socket-to-VRM flow path

Cold water enters the CPU cold plate first, then passes across the VRM area before leaving the block. This injection order keeps the processor at the lowest temperature while still pulling heat from the power delivery. The copper base is moulded to match both surfaces for direct contact.

Loop integration

Two G1/4-inch threads accept standard fittings so the block fits any custom loop. Digital RGB LEDs are included and can be driven from a compatible motherboard header. The package supplies thermal pads and mounting hardware for the listed boards only.
