This 288-pin DDR4 module delivers 16 GB at 2133 MT/s with CL15 latency and 1.20 V operation. It carries ECC and registered buffering for signal integrity in multi-DIMM server configurations. The part matches IBM reference 95Y4820 and uses major-brand DRAM from Samsung, SK Hynix or Micron.
The module fits systems needing PC4-17000 registered memory with 2Rx4 organisation. It will not work in platforms that accept only unbuffered UDIMMs or that are limited to lower-density ranks.
