Will the 1.3–1.6 mm thick PBT legends wear off with heavy daily typing?

The dye-sublimated legends are moulded into the plastic so they will not fade or rub off even after years of use.

What is the first fit issue that appears when installing the set on a full-size board?

The 6.25 u spacebar will not match boards that use 6 u, 6.5 u or 7 u stabiliser spacing.

Do the thick caps trap heat or make the switches louder during all-day sessions?

PBT does not retain noticeable heat and the material actually dampens high-pitched bottom-out noise compared with thinner ABS caps.
