8-Channel PoE NVR Kit

This Camius surveillance system bundles an 8-channel NVR with a pre-installed 4TB hard drive, two 4K spotlight cameras and two 4K dome cameras. It is designed for homes and businesses that want hardwired, 24/7 recording with human and vehicle detection, two-way audio on the spotlight units and remote viewing via the Camius View app. The NVR supplies PoE power to every connected camera through its built-in switch, removing the need for separate power adapters at each mounting point.

128 Mbps throughput and H.265+ compression

The recorder handles up to 128 Mbps of incoming video and writes streams using H.265+, H.265 or H.264 compression to keep storage demands low. Spotlight cameras capture 4K at 30 fps while dome cameras run at 4K 20 fps, both feeding the NVR over single Ethernet cables that carry data and power. The system operates from a 100–240 V AC supply, and the pre-installed drive supports continuous recording without the noise or heat of additional spinning disks.

Four cameras included, four ports free

Four RJ-45 PoE ports on the NVR are occupied by the bundled cameras, leaving four ports available for additional Camius IP cameras up to the 8-channel limit. Video exits through one HDMI and one VGA output for local monitors, while audio uses RCA in and out. A USB port accepts backup drives, and the NVR can push alarm clips to Dropbox or Google Drive. The kit covers indoor and outdoor angles with 106° and 110° fields of view, and the internal drive can be swapped for a larger unit up to 10 TB.
