32GB DDR4 SO-DIMM kit for ASUS TUF and ROG notebooks

This 32GB kit contains two 16GB DDR4 2400 CL17 SO-DIMM modules built for ASUS ROG ZX53VW and TUF Gaming FX505DD, FX505DT and FX505DU notebooks. It runs at 1.2V with 17-17-17 timings and uses unbuffered non-ECC chips in a 2Rx8 layout. The 260-pin form factor matches the factory slots in these specific models.

Tool-free slot access on supported notebooks

Installation requires opening the memory compartment on the underside of the notebook and pressing each module into the 260-pin sockets until the retention clips engage. The kit is validated for the listed ASUS models only; other laptops with 260-pin DDR4 slots may not boot or may run at reduced speeds because the SPD data is tuned for these platforms. Mixing with existing modules forces all memory to the slowest installed timing.

Steady 2400 MHz throughput under sustained loads

Because the modules are unbuffered non-ECC DDR4 at 1.2V, they maintain their rated 2400 MHz transfer rate during extended workloads without thermal throttling or voltage droop. The 2Rx8 organisation distributes accesses across two ranks per module, helping bandwidth consistency when the system runs long compile jobs, rendering sessions or virtual machines. All memory in the system will operate at the lowest common speed if mixed with slower sticks.
